About Diagnamics

Founded in 2001, Diagnamics is an independently owned and internally managed clinical research site co-located with a family medicine and urgent care practice in the North County region of San Diego, California.
We are supported by a multi-specialty team of investigators and research professionals who have extensive experience conducting Phase II–IV drug and device clinical trials for a wide variety of therapeutic indications.
Our efforts are guided by our commitment to high-quality research, our belief in the intrinsic value and dignity of our study volunteers and those we treat, and our trust in and respect for our global industry partners as valuable members of a healthcare team.
