Ramin H. Farsad, M.D, is co-founder of DIAGNAMICS. He is an experienced principal investigator and has conducted a list of Phase II- IV trials in each of the following areas:
- Infectious Disease
Dr. Farsad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles. He then continued his educational pursuits achieving both a Master of Arts in Medical Sciences, and a Doctorate of Medicine, from Boston University.
In his free time, Dr. Farsad enjoys being either outdoors or up in the air. He has a commercial pilot’s license and participates actively in aviation. He is a proud member of the Aerospace Medical Association and the Wilderness Medical Society.
Roberta Gorin, BA, CCRC is co-founder and site director of DIAGNAMICS.
Ms. Gorin began her career in the area of clinical trials in 1999, initially working with the development of novel dermatologic therapies. Later, her experiences expanded to many other areas of clinical research including:

Ms. Gorin has an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from California State University, San Marcos. She is also certified by both the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) and the International Air Traffic Association (IATA). In addition, Ms. Gorin has extensive experience in budgetary negotiations, legal, regulatory, and IRB compliance.
Lisa Garcia, R.N. has been a clinical research coordinator for DIAGNAMICS since 2013. Ms. Garcia has an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Palomar College, San Marcos. Since 2013 her experiences expanded to areas of clinical research such as gastroenterology, pulmonology and rheumatology. She is also certified by the International Air Traffic Association (IATA).
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.
Simone Yassear, B.S. started working as a Clinical Research Coordinator at DIAGNAMICS this past year. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego, with a minor in Economics. Simone first developed an interest in Clinical Research while working as an assistant for her parents’ women’s studies trials before coming to DIAGNAMICS. She is certified by the International Air Traffic Association (IATA).
In her free time, Simone enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and baking.
Tamarin Hanson, M.A. recently joined DIAGNAMICS in 2015. Tamarin received her medical assistant training at Kaplan College. She became interested in clinical trials while working for Access Medical Centers since 2011. She is certified by the International Air Traffic Association (IATA).
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.
